Who are we?

Roots & Jazz is an urban festival set in the heart of Copenhagen. We present the roots of jazz as well as the funky sidesteps – where ever the soul has found new homes.

We focus on providing an excellent audience experience so you can focus on the music and relax.

We live to present excellent bands with beating heats and authenticity. Great music is still the one thing that truly saves lives…

Where are we?

Entrance from Nørrebrogade

We strongly recommend leaving the car behind and choosing travel by public transportation, bike or foot. You’ll arrive feeling relaxed and happy without any parking stress. The festival site is open from 15:00 to 24:00 every day July 4 – July 11. Concerts start at 16:00 or 16:30.

FOOD & DRINKS

Food & drinks are available for sale at the festival – no food from outside is allowed inside the festival.

GOOD ADVICE

Please come early – the festival wristband is valid all days July 4th-July 11th unless the festival has reached its capacity. Entry will be on a first come first served basis. Reentry is allowed but you will have to queue if there is a queue 🙂

Be advised: We can, in extreme instances, for security reasons choose to close off the entry gates.
